The Temple of Juno offers the best views of the surrounding area, the sea, and the city.
It has a unique position, the hiest point of the hill.
It's raised so much higher than the other temples.
This particular temple was dedicated to Juno (Hera), wife of Zeus, Queen of Olympus, and Protectress of Marriage (even though her own marriage was not ideal).
Evidentially, it was a complex of extraordinary beauty (probably due to its location). The temple is pretty well preserved, probably due to great podium on which it stands that are approached by high steps built of squared blocks of stone (over which the north side of the santuary rises).
I think that it resembles the Temple of Concord in architectural elements. When you stand below the Temple of Juno and look upward, it is a breathtaking sight.
Directions: Valley of the Temples at the highest point of the Temple Hill
