The Dutch Windmill Garden and Gift centre is a little off the beaten path in Jandakot south of Fremantle and probably primarily a garden centre. A bit of an unusual place to find a windmill but as you enter you will find an array of succulents as well as a variety of gifts to choose from. It is not all of a Dutch theme but there are some really lovely crafts, nic nacs, wall plaques and toiletry items. Within the main building is the Koffee Shoppe which sells anything from Devonshire teas, and quick snacks to light lunches.

Out the back is the garden centre with a variety of plants but also specialising in succulents.

Location : 198 Semple Crt, Jandakot (Off the Kwinana Freeway, take the Berrigan Road turnoff.)
