This is one of many La Columbia Restaurants in Florida (the best one is the original in Ybor City, Florida). They serve excellent Spanish food in a semi-fancy situation. Don't think that you need to dress up, though. They might have fancy cloth napkins and water goblets, but you can still wear just your bikini top and shorts.

Favorite Dish: The gazpacho is awesome!
