At Cuckmere Haven, just a few miles from Eastbourne, it is possible to hire bikes and take various designated routes either into the forest or follow the Cuckmere River as it meanders down to the sea. It is a fabulous day out if the weather is favourable!

The hire bike people are very experienced and very helpful in choosing the right bike for you and will make any necessary adjustments before you set off.
