Vitosha is full of fields for cattle breeding that have good herbs if you know how to reckognize them.They give the air the special aroma of all mixed together.
This one for example - Thymus Serpyllum - is used both for its healing purposes and as spice. Italians add it alot to pizzas , but you can drink it in the form of tea when you have a cold an especcialy by sore throat and cough. As a matter of fact it tastes great and smells deliciously. We call it "Mashterka"and in mountain huts it's one of the favorite herbs 4 a tea.
