The Foundation of AL Falah School in Jeddah
Sheik Muhammad Ali Zeinel thought of establishing AL Falah School in Jeddah on fifth shawal 1323 H at the house (Dar) of Shiek Abdul Rauf Jamjoum. Then Shiek Mohammad Gholoum endowed a house in AL Sham area for the purpose. The founder of the school then bought a house to build the school of today including the green dome in addition to two wings each with two stores constructed with marine stones (AL Managabi) and the Jawi wood. The school contained 14 classrooms. The number of students was 14 when the school was first constructed. By the end of the year the number increased to 200 students and raised to hundreds by the following year. Light and illumination was available subject to available potentials of that period in 1323 H.
