Okay, so there's this part of the Interstate in Tampa that is lovingly known as "Malfunction Junction" where I-275 and I-4 meet. Good God, do I hate this patch of road. When I was learning how to drive, I got in not one but TWO car accidents here. It's a bummer. See, the problem is that traffic is usually bumper to bumper with people (some of who have no idea where the hell they are) splitting off into all different directions and still - STILL - people try to speed through it. My suggestion is to avoid it all together - especially if you are in an under-insured rental car.
