The James Joyce Centere is dedicated to promoting an understanding of the life and works of James Joyce. It is seated in a restored 18th century Georgian townhouse, dating from the time when the north inner city of Dublin was at the height of its grandeur.
The James Joyce Centre was officially opened by the President of Ireland, Mary Robinson, on 10 June, l996.
