"Natural History Museum" Institut Royal des Sciences Naturelles de Belgique Tip by roamer61

Very nice museum famed for its collection of dinosaus fossils, most notably the Bernissart Iguanadons. These were named after the coal mines in which the bones were found. Usually 10 skeletons are on display. But now, since much of the museum is undergoing restoration, only 3 are on display. None the less, they are awesome to see.

The museum also has collections of mammals, rock and minerals, birds and hominid fossils.
