The mission was restored during the 1980's. It is still used as a church today right next to St. Joseph's Catholic church.

It is part of early Californian History before statehood and there are artifacts dating back to the times of when the land of what is today California was governed by Spain.

Spanish, Mission founders, and other settlers are buried in the grave sites found around here.

Directions: in the Mission District of Fremont

located at the cross section of where Mission Blvd. meets Washington Blvd.
