Eetcafe "De Stip": "more than spare ribs" Den Bosch Restaurant Tip by BitingMacaron

They don't have big board to tell you "We are here!" But the full busy seating says it. It's always crowded after 7pm, mostly for the food. They don't have paper menu. You have to ask the waitress or read the menu board at the door. Don't worry about cheating price. What you will eat worths every penny you pay. The portion is quite big, especially the spare ribs. I always order the small portion of spare ribs (around 2/3 of normal portion); otherwise, I can't enjoy the included salad and fries. The ineterior decoration is interesting with head statues and many old Dutch stuff.
Favorite Dish: 1. Turnedo: excellent steak, with Parma cheese and pesto sauce. The other steak with mushroom or pepper sauce is also good. But I prefer this Italian style to taste the original flavor of the beef.
2. Spare Ribs: It's the specialty of this restaurant. They cook it in the boiling water first, grill it a bit then, and put home-made sweet-sour sauce. The meat is so soft that you can slit the meet from the bone easily.
Address: Lepelstraat 41-43, 5211 DP, Den Bosch
