Although it doesn't say so in the VT guide, these are actually listed in the current Best Western brochure.
We spent four nights there so had a good time to check things out.
I have to say the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and very well appointed, even to the point of having walk-in wardrobes.
If you come with your car, be prepared to leave the keys with the staff as they may have to juggle the carpark spaces due to the small carpark area.

Unique Qualities: They are serviced apartments with wonderful picture windows affording expansive views, unfortunately I couldn't rave about what there is to actually see other than traffic and a lot of building tops but it sure beat the view from many ground floor rooms I've stayed in.
The location is a plus, being just a two minute stroll to the South Bank where there are a plethora of restaurants and the casino.
If you like open windows then that is an option but you'll have to put up with the traffic noise and, anyway, the air conditioning works fine.
You're also adjacent to Melbourne's tallest building, the Rialto Tower.
