Almost every tourist in Manali heads out to the mall in the evening. Well actually its right thru the day, but the crowds seem to gather towards the evenings.
The shops are brightly lit, and its all busy.
From street vendors offering chat and other eatables, to small shops selling local craft and knitwear...
