Chow / Park Chow: "Great comfort food" Chow / Park Chow Tip by worldtrekker

Chow / Park Chow, San Francisco: 7 reviews and 2 photos

The food is predominantly Italian of gourmet quality. Very inviting place and the service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable, although if you add on one of their amazing desserts and/or get a fresh squeezed juice, your bill can increase quickly. Great choice for a weekend brunch or lunch/dinner during the week.

Favorite Dish: I tried one of the scrambles with bacon with a side of pan-fried potatoes for brunch on my first visit. It was great! Also ordered a fresh squeezed apple juice - they make the juice per order so you are really getting fresh squeezed!
The second time I went for lunch and ordered their gourmet hamburger - also very good. To drink - lemonade with fresh squeezed lemons. Oh yeah - dessert... ginger cake with pumpkin ice cream was interesting and tasty. My friend ordered chocolate cake ala mode with hot fudge. Yum!
