  graffiti and grub, that's NYC!

We were wandering, exhausted, and famished - and still unable to make a decision on where to eat. Then we stumbled upon "Paprika" on St. Mark's. Now, normally I would avoid eating on St. Mark's at all costs. Most of the small bistros are mediocre at best, and designed for the weekend crawlers. But, being at the end of our ropes, we gave "Paprika" a shot. Well, color me surprised, the bistro was great! Excellent food, shockingly low prices and a small, but tasty wine list. You know, even the service was quick and personable. I highly recommend this little spot.
