Favorite thing: Roads are quite good in Sri Lanka. There are pot holes in some places, but most are in good condition. Last year, we went to Madras/Chennai India and felt the roads and driving conditions were a hundred times better in Sri Lanka. Also, Sri Lanka is less densely populated than their neighbor, India.
