It is called Beit el Kretliya [house of the Cretan Woman]. It is 2 16th century houses joined together. The decor and arrangement of rooms is interesting. You can look down on the reception room from the mashrabiya gallery.
It opens from 8am to 4pm, but closes from noon to 1pm on Friday. Entry costs a rather steep 16 Egyptian pounds.
