"The London Transport museum" Covent Garden Tip by easyoar
Covent Garden, London: 167 reviews and 274 photos
It would be easy to think that this museum was just going to show some underground trains, buses etc, but there is quite a bit more.
For a start, the old building it is in is an old Victorian Flower market, and quite picturesque in itself. Anyone who has travelled the London Underground will know that the trains sport lots of art type posters inside them. Some of the best of these going through the ages are on display in this museum too. They can be purchased from the shop.
It is also possible to sit at the wheel of a bus or an underground train if you so wish!
