When you climb up the stairs to the first floor of Aya Sofya, you walk though the inner nartex, and turn left, you will find this super magnificient mosaic at the south gallery. "Deesis" means "The Last Judgement" in Greek. As you see, Christ sites at the center, the Virgin Mary on the left, and St. John the Baptist on the right.

Although half of mosaic has already been collapsed, this is a really masterpiece of Byzantine mosaics, and it dates from early 14th century.
