The mist starts over Canal Grande when I took the picture of the church of San Eustachio, just passing by in the boat.
The church of San Stae, as it is called in Venetian dialect, originaly dates back from the 11th century, however, its present facade in Baroque style is from the beginning of the 18th century. San Stae presents one of the most theatrical facade among the all churches facing Canal Grande.
The church keeps many works of Venetian-eighteenth century, in particularly by Piazzetta and Tiepolo.
Address: Canal Grande
