The following things are prohibited by the Park Service

Possession and/or use of metal detectors is strictly prohibited by Federal Law

The Batture is clsed to all public use - no fishing / no swimming

Do not climb on the Cannons.

In order to respect the Park's Historic significance:
Ball Playing, Golfing, Kite Flying, Sunbathing, and other similar activities are prohibted.
Washing or repairing vehicles or learning how to drive is not permitted on park property
Bicycle permitted on roadways only.
