The church of San Stefano, finished in 1374, is one of the best Venetian example of flowered Gothic. A main door on the church is a masterpiece by Bartolomeo Bon.
It is typical architecture of 14th century churches witj three wide and long nave separated with columns. The church has absolute importance for Renaissance sculptures, works of Alessandro Vittoria. Besides, it kept paintings by Tintoretto and Palma il Vecchio.
