I used to work right around the corner from this and have a lunch here. It was like 7 years ago and the place is still there, so that tells something about it I think. Samrat is a basic Indian place with different varietees and choices for all, during the summer you can have a lunch outside. It is not the cheapest one, but the lunches are good and average priced. You may choose the spice level of your food.
