The Lazarett Hospital is situated on Manoel Island in Sliema. Manoel Island is an island adjoined to Sliema and Gzira with a bridge. Once, this was a secluded hospital and only people with diseases like leprsy etc. would be sent here.

Today the Lazarett mysteriously still stands there ! If you take a Captain Morgan cruise once can get a clear view of it.
