Vystaviste, Prague: 5 reviews and 7 photos

This is me in Prague. honest

Now read carefully. If like me you have to drag young offspring around Prague then the time will come when they get fed up. At this stage you need to get out of the centre, beautiful though it certainly is. We took a tram to Vystaviste (lots of accents missing sorry). This is a park with an exhibition ground near the main entrance. Within the exhibition grounds there is a fun fair, well it's not Disney World I know but it was very welcoming for youngsters and teenagers alike. Some basic Czech will serve you well here as little English was spoken but we got round it by indicating how many tickets were needed for the ride visually. We went in March and this is when a number of rides were added for what was called a carnival. It really was a large scale operation. We had a good time first walking through the fair then a walk in the park. Just grab a frisbee and football and enjoy the open spaces.

Address: North of the old town on U Vystaviste
Directions: Take a tram numbers 5,12,17,53 or 54 to the main entrance.
