  The Choc Eiffel Tower
by bpacker

This has to be THE ultimate chocolate indulgence in Singapore. Giant Chocolate Fondues in the shape of the Eiffel Tower, 20 distinct chocolatey creations of every kind, ranging from fudgey cookies to cream- covered chocolate cake. Ooh, the list goes on.
While you may think this is a too-sweet over-indulgent buffet, you can't be further from the truth. Each chocolate creation is distinct in terms of taste, sweetness, richness and bitterness. For example, the creamy chocolate ganache might contain a hint of orange citrus while the heady scent of coffee might permeate your senses when you bite into an expresso coffee cake. Hmmm..doesn't that make your water already?

The Chocolate Buffet is available at the Fullerton Hotel from 8.00pm to 11.00pm, at S$28 per person or S$36 with a glass of wine.

Favorite Dish: Why, the chocolate fondue of course! Who can resist a fountain of flowing Valrhona Chocolate lava in the shape of the Eiffel Tower? I must have spent the whole night dipping strawberries, melons and other delicious fruit in that fountain

Further note: This buffet is highly popular, make your reservations before going!
