Main Street-- about a block up from waterfront---has most of the jewelry stores you'll want to shop at, plus knick knack shops and tourist souvineers. The liquor prices and cigarette prices will blow your mind and the selection downtown is where you'll find the most stuff. you can spend a life time shopping there. One of my favorites is the Royal Dayne Mall. It's inbetween the waterfront and main street. Time stands still there and it's cool enough you can escape the sun inside the stone walls.

What to buy: Duty free liquor, electronics (some things), cigarettes, RUM!, cool island clothes, art and much more.

What to pay: Depends what you are buying, there's stuff sold for small fortunes and lots of things that are bargains.
