"Visit the new dome in the Reichstag" Reichstag Tip by vichatherly

Fascinating building which has plenty of history about it. Built in between 1884 and 1894 and then suspiciously burnt down in 1933. Rebuilding started again in 1995 and was completed in 1999, when Sir Norman Foster added a glass dome.

As the place is free to enter, the best tip I can give you is to get there early in the morning, unless you like a good two hour queue.

They only let a few people in at a time whilst they put your through the airport like security.

It's worth a visit, even for just the outside look.
