Saqqara, the necropolis of Egypt's 1st capital Memphis, was probably named after Soqqar, the mummified falcon-god of the dead. This is also the place where King Djoser built his tomb, the 1st step pyramid in the world.

Don't miss peeping through a hole on the wall of the serdab of King Djoser because you'll see King's statue in the cell.
