The hotel is quite interesting; Antiques, nice pool and a wonderful view of the pyramids. For the money though the rooms are desperately outdated. The bathroom and the carpets are shot. We ended up pushing them to relocate us to a better room since the one they initially put us in was trashed. The second one was somewhat better but still very worn.

The staff (front desk team and room staff) were great, the managementhowever was sad and snotty. It is terrible to see such a hotel slowly quietly fall into disrepair. I would strongly suggest skipping the dinner theater. We went and were treated to an incredibly bad belly dancing and campy show. Upside: the food was good.

What else was good: One of the best Indian Resteraunts. Seriously this is very good.

Staff: Radar and Abdula as well as the other desk staff all did a great job of doing the best to be helpful and do the most with what they had to work with,

Unique Qualities: No Spa " Under Renovation" Which is nice for we closed it.

No Casino " Under Renovation" See above...
