First Ferry operates a very regular service between Hong Kong and Macau.
During the daytime and early evening you can expect to see ferries departing every half hour between Hong Kong and Macau, and vice versa.
The journey is quite fast and will take you only around 60-75 minutes.
As for costs, they are also quite varied, and will be around HK$280 for a return journey, some fares might increase slightly depending on the times of day you travel.
Duty free goods are available for purchase on the ferry and were very cheap indeed.
Please note that if you plan a trip to Macau it is essential that you remember to take your passport, as you will pass through immigration in Hong Kong as well as Macau.
