Favorite thing: While Coca Cola dominates soft drink markets world wide, Peru offers a startlingly decent competitor -- Inca Cola. It is lightly carbonated and not as sweet as the American beverage, tasting a bit like a subtler Mountain Dew. We actually liked it and Sarah loved it -- so much so that she is now prowling Latin American food markets in Maryland to see if she can find it (there is a store in Laurel that carries it).
