"You can see them dance and sing away" Panaji - Panjim City Tip by cheeksy

Panaji - Panjim City, Goa: 19 reviews and 37 photos

There is not much to do in Panjim. You can take all sorts of short cruises though.
1. Sunset cruise: dep. 6pm - 1 hour, 100Rs per person. You can enjoy fresh breeze, listen to some goan songs and see some traditional goan dancing.
2. Full Moon Cruise/Special Cruise: dep. 8.30pm-arr. 10.30pm - 150Rs per person. Organized during Full Moon nights. So you should check with the ferry stations on that.
During the cruise they tell you a little about Panjim history and places that you would be able to see while on the boat.
We took the sunset cruise about 2-3 times because there is not much to do in the evenings :o)

Address: Panjim. Ferry station
Directions: Just walk by the seaside. It is quite close to the bus station where buses go to different parts of Goa.
Or check with Goa Tourist Development Office on Dr.Alvares Costa Road, Trionora Appartments
