  The old townhall of Passau
by globetrott

The old townhall dates back to the year 1393, but the neo-gothic tower was added end of the 19th century, just as well as the beautiful frescos at the front-facade.
Inside you may see beautiful baroque halls and when you stand in front of the tower you may see the marks for the regular floods, sometimes getting higher than 2 meters above the street-level.

Address: Rathausplatz
Directions: The old townhall is just opposite of the new townhall, next to Hotel Wilder Mann, on Rathausplatz - next to the Danube.
