What to pay: There are large groups of tourists that come in on cruise ships every morning and leave again at 4pm. The vendors will drop the prices after the ship leaves.
However, if you find something that you like and want to buy it right away, tell them you'll come back after 4....if THEY know that YOU know, they'll lower their price!
