The Middle East is both a restaurant (ground floor) and nightclub (downstairs, and upstairs). Located in Central Square, the restaurant features Middle Eastern cuisine...good and reasonably priced, sometimes with a small cover for the live acts (bellydancing, amongst other things). The last time I was downstairs, it was to see an act by the name of "Dirty Three" with M.
Dress Code: Casual...don't over-dress, you won't blend in.
Directions: 472 and 480 Massachusetts Ave.
