"A trip by DART" Dublin Things to Do Tip by sabsi

If you have enough time during your stay in Dublin I recommend a trip by DART along Dublin Bay.

Howth is a nice place north of Dublin with a nice little port and many fish restaurants. You can start your trip there. Make sure to have Fish & Chips here and to walk along the pier. Continue south to the southern parts of the city like Dalkey, Killiney or all the way to suburbal Bray.

Dalkey is where all the celebrities (Bono, Van Morrison, Enya etc etc) live - so there are many great houses there! I recommend walking along the coast road from Dalkey to Killiney. Besides all these villas you will get greau views from here and end up on the beach in Killiney.

For great views over Dublin go up to Killiney Hill. Bray is a rundown seaside kitsch town with a nice beach and great views.
