"Roissy Bus" Paris Transportation Tip by wanderlustaddicted

Paris Transportation: 1,520 reviews and 1,565 photos

If you are staying in Paris, the easiest and most affordable way to get in to the city from Charles DeGaulle Airport (the French call it Roissy) is to take the Roissybus. If you land in the International Terminal (1) you go to the Porte (door) #10. Near that door at Porte #8 you can buy tickets on the bus for 8 Euros and change. It will take you to the Opera neighborhood. Once there, there is a metro station nearby and you can get just about anywhere on the metro from there. I wouldn't recommend getting on the metro with tons of luggage, but if you are traveling light, the metro should be your next option. The Roissy bus has ample room for luggage inside the bus.
