Mostly people spend their time at Bars and Restaurants that serves very nice seafood. I spent mine in this Bar:Restaurant, and I saw lots of patronage.
Dress Code: Unlike Brussels and Antwerp, I saw Bruge as a gentlemans city, thus; I saw that people were generally well dressed to these places.
Just dress decently, not necessarily Coat and Tie.
