These days, the best reason to see the Holborn Viaduct is for the decorations on it.

This picture shows the emblem of the City of London which has two winged dragons together with the shield of St George (who is also the patron saint of England).

Some of the statues on the viaduct are best seen from on top of the viaduct itself, but this picture was taken from down below in Farringdon Street (you can use a staircase to descend) using a telephoto lens.
