Acme: "A Taste of the South" Acme Tip by kidkilowatt

Acme, New York City: 2 reviews and 1 photos

Acme is a great place to go if you are hungry and craving some down home cookin'! The meals are pretty reasonably priced, the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is fun. Order up some hush puppies as an appetizer and choose from a selection of dozens of hot sauces that line the walls of the restaurants- those aren't for show; they're functional. This is a great little place to have a meal, but it's not a romantic joint- more of a come with your friends, get a beer and stuff your face.

Favorite Dish: Crab cakes, hush puppies and mashed potatoes...
