One of the things that is important when you are on the street celebrating Mardi Gras is to remember how much alcohol you have consumed, and take appropriate action by eating some of the good food that Bourbon Street has to offer. One place that we were able to enjoy some of the culinary magic that is New Orleans was at the Mardi Gras Pizza and Daquiri Shop.
The Pizza was not stellar, but it was delicious for being mass produced!
