An overwhelming collection of world-class artwork. Even if you go fast it will take half a day- I wouldn't mind spending the whole weekend in this place!
My favorites: Pieter Bruegel, Guiseppe Arcimboldo, Johannes Vermeer, to name a few. In case you get tired of paintings there is a small gallery of Egyptian artifacts and a coin gallery too.
