Bordering the CATEDRAL are remnants of the Old Mosque and the PATIO DE LOS NARANJOS, the Patio of the Orange Trees.
There is also an entrance in the calle de Alemanes through the Door of Pardon, which still preserves 2 beautiful bronze portals with magnificents doorknockers, an Almohade work of the 12th Century, decorated with ornamental knots and Arab insciptions.
In the middleof the Patio is a stone fountain which dates back to the Visigoth period.
