"Radhuset and Radhuspladsen" Rådhuspladsen - Town hall square Tip by rwlittle

by rwlittle

Radhuspladsen is a large public square out in front of Radhuset (the Town Hall). This is a bustling area, well-lit at night with neon signs, and always populated with people. On the wedding day, the square was packed with people, watching the proceedings on big screen displays; the photo shown here was from the day after the wedding, when it was somewhat less packed.

Nearby is Tussaud's Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, the central train station (Hovedbanegarden), the Tourist Information Bureau, the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek art museum, and Tivoli.
