  CATEDRAL SEVILLE, SPAIN...

This CATHEDRAL is said to be the 3rd biggest church in the Christian world and I have to admit that it is huge, overwhelming and impressive.

A visit starts at the doors....which one to take?? There are several and the most famous is the Puerta de los Palos (Adoration of the Magi) which work of art, by Miguel Florentin (1520) can be admired here.
The Puerta de las Campanillas is also ny Florentin and this is near the main entrance,
It represents the arrival of Christ in Jerusalem.
On the opposite side of the building (quite a walk!) are another 2 monumental doos overlooking the Avenida de la Constitucion.
Here you can find the huge statues of the four EVANGELISTS, St. Laureanus and St. Hermenegildus, all by Pedro Milán.

The multitude of little turrets is a wondrous sight...
