The Mean Fiddler: "Metallica at the Mean Fiddler" Top 5 Page for this destination London Nightlife Tip by Mariajoy

Having seen them first in the Netherlands at the HuntenPop Festival (see Doetinchem page!) we went to see those fab Finnish guys in leather again!! This time it was at the Mean Fiddler in Charing Cross Road.
We queued with Goths and headbangers in the light London drizzle whilst being entertained by colourful local drunks. Eventually we made our way into the deep dark cavernous depths where were spent an evening listening to Breed 77 (who were supporting their new Finnish friends) and of course the amazing APOCALYPTICA!!! Finlands ROCK GODS!!
Dress Code: Anything - as long as it's black - and preferably leather. Oh and if you are female and over a size 20 - then it's a tartan mini skirt, low cut top and black plaits.
