This is another one of London's most recognized symbols. Sometimes, it is also one of the most misunderstood bridges. There are many people who believe that this bridge is London Bridge. The actual London Bridge is more of an overpass structure just up the Thames from Tower Bridge. One can actually pay an admission fee and walk up and down the bridge. I was content to see it from the boat, the Tower of London, and London Bridge itself. Everyone seems to get a photo of it on their trip, and I suggest that you do as well. Needless to say, it is a most unique and marvelous bridge.
