"Strawberry Fields" Central Park - Strawberry Fields Tip by J.I.M

  Strawberry Fields Memorial
by J.I.M

Strawberry Fields is a memorial to John Lennon, named after one of his songs, "Strawberry Fields Forever." Located at the edge of Central Park, it primarily consists of a circle of stones built by Italian craftsmen, with the word "Imagine" in the middle, based on another famous song by John Lennon. It's quite a sad place to be, and there are often flowers left on the circle in tribute to Lennon.
However, at the same time, it's a very peaceful and reflective place to be, a place dedicated to a man whose main ambition was peace.
