Hruba Skala / Bohemian Paradise is a unique landscape with giant rocks of sandstone set in the most unique way...
Bohemian Paradise is a perfect place to go hiking, biking or climbing.
There is a tiny gorge between the giant stones, and it is leading up to the castle.
At some places it is less than half a meter wide, but concrete-steps had been added for safe climbing up.
The castle dates back to gothic times.
Hruba Skala castle ( Zamek = castle ) is a hotel today, but it is also open for visitors against a small entrance-fee of 20 Kronen ( 0,7 Euro) and you may climb up the tower in order to have a perfect panorama-view.

The closest trainstation is Karlovice ( in a distance of 5km) or you may take road #35 / E 442 from Liberec -Turnov and finally search for the small side-road after you have passed Karlovice.
